I bought this toy for my 15-month-old and he enjoys it. The problem is that he figured out how to take off the safety belt in two seconds. (It is made of velcro.) While I was taking him for a ride, he quickly ripped the belt off and stood up. He fell over onto the sidewalk. A belt with a clasp would be better. I know the car goes only 2 mph, but it is faster than you realize. Some improvements are needed.

My 12 month old daughter loves to cruise the neighborhood. The first day she got it another little girl had to try it out. We love to cruise around. The waist strap is velco. It would be great if it was a buckle other than that great fun toy

My son and I absolutely love this car. He was so excited when he first got into it (he’s 1). There are only two problems with it though- there is no on/off switch, so even when he’s not in it he can press the button and make it go. Well that’s not good because he rolled over his feet once and the second time he was leaning against it and pressed the button and it dragged him and caused him to fall. The other thing also is that the sides aren’t high enough so he sticks his feet out of the sides. Also, if your child is tall (mine is 31 inches) they may not fit comfortable in the car.

We have this car for my Grandson who is 1 yr old. He has so much fun with it, we have a hard time getting him to get off. He learned how to make it move very quickly. The wheels could be alittle more heavy duty for driving in the grass and on gravel.
I think the size of the car is more suited for 1 to a small 2 year old. 3 year olds would be to big to sit in the seat, unless they are unually small for their age.

I gave this car to my grandson for his 1st birthday and he loves it. He doesn’t know how to steer it yet but when we take him out in it he does’nt want to get out of the car. He just wants to keep riding and riding. The only problem we had with it was putting the steering wheel on, it was really difficult.I even called the company to make sure we were doing it right and not going to break the car by forcing it on. Anyway my grandson love his red rocket and its a great buy.
